Each gate installation varies, and in some cases, an electrician may need to install a new outdoor plug. Regarding power supply, our preferred approach involves installing a step-down transformer at an outdoor power outlet and subsequently routing the low voltage cables to the gate. This method reduces the presence of high voltage cables in the garden, ensuring a significantly safer setup.

We provide a 2-year warranty on all automation equipment purchased through us and installed by Bgates.
