Every gate is different that is why we only recommend and install equipment that best suits your individual gate set up.

Safety is always our priority; all of our gate motors are fitted with safety beams and our customers are guided through the safety features that come with an automated gate. We also provide detailed instructions on important safety information, as well as care and maintenance tips.

Each gate installation varies, and in some cases, an electrician may need to install a new outdoor plug. Regarding power supply, our preferred approach involves installing a step-down transformer at an outdoor power outlet and subsequently routing the low voltage cables to the gate. This method reduces the presence of high voltage cables in the garden, ensuring a significantly safer setup.

We provide a 2-year warranty on all automation equipment purchased through us and installed by Bgates.
